Katie Price and her eighth fiancé Carl Woods are reportedly planning to get married as early as next month as it’s claimed she could be in prison by Christmas.
Katie recently spent time in celebrity rehab facility The Priory following her arrest over a major car accident while under the influence and subsequent ban from driving in September.
While she recently had mandatory treatment at The Priory, her full sentencing will take place on December 15th and, according to an insider, she’s determined to become Carl’s wife before she potentially serves time behind bars.
“She’s in a huge rush to get married before the court date - she was planning for a winter wedding anyway, but she’s determined to tie the knot as soon as possible,” they said.

Following “a really difficult period” in her life, as argued by Katie’s lawyer Joe Harrington, the judge agreed to postpone sentencing to allow Katie to receive treatment but warned, “We regularly send people to prison for driving whilst disqualified.”
Speaking to The Sun, the source continued, “She’s told Carl she wants to be Mrs Woods as soon as possible so it’s full steam ahead on the wedding plans.”

They continued, “A woman, 43, was arrested on suspicion of driving while above the legal limit for alcohol and drugs, and has been taken to hospital to be checked over.
“The road was blocked temporarily while recovery of the vehicle was arranged.”
The crash and Katie’s subsequent hospitalisation prompted Katie’s mum and sister to release a statement on social media asking the public to “recognise Katie is unwell”.
They explained, “As a family we have for some time been concerned about Kate's wellbeing and overall mental health. Today our worst fears nearly came true. As a family we have been and will continue to help Kate get the help she needs. We hope that she will realise that she cannot battle her issues alone.”
Last month, Katie’s close friend Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace told Closer, “I was devastated when I heard about the crash. My initial reaction was that I hope she’s OK and that nobody else was hurt. I felt a sense of desperation that this will be the ‘thing’ that finally helps her. It will have been a roller-coaster for the children – to hear their mum was in an accident would have been awful. Katie is such a strong mum and she plays a huge role in their lives. They would have been terrified. They need their mum, and Harvey especially really needs her – he responds to her better than anyone.
“I know the kids will be at the forefront of Katie’s mind and, if anything is going to motivate her to change, it will be the children, and her family. That nobody, including herself, was harmed is a miracle. It could have been a different story – she was lucky. I just hope she takes some time out away from the limelight and gets rid of any toxic people in her life. She’s struggled for so long – I’m desperate for this to be her wake-up call.”
