Black Friday homeware deals FAQs

Is it worth waiting for Black Friday deals?

In short, we'd say so. Black Friday means loads of discounts on some big brand names. Being patient, waiting on bigger brands to drop their deals and investing in higher-quality pieces can really make all the difference. More often than not, investing in homeware can be pricey. Now you're able to fork out on a new vacuum cleaner, guilt-free and all for a reduced price.

Is Black Friday or Cyber Monday better for homeware deals?

Personally, we'd say Black Friday tends to be better for homeware deals all around. Black Friday sales tend to have deals on everything across countless amounts of sites. However, further reductions might just take place on Cyber Monday, so keep your eyes peeled for more discounts.

We'd recommend starting on Black Friday rather than Cyber Monday, as stock can be limited, especially on lightning deals across Amazon. While it might be tempting to hold out for further reductions, we'd recommend getting it when you see it - otherwise, it might not be there in the next few days (or even hours).

Our top tips for shopping Black Friday homeware deals

Online shopping means you can grab the best bargains from the comfort of your sofa without any threat of elbows in the face. Black Friday will be flooding the internet with discounts on all day - often releasing new deals every few minutes.

Here are our top tips to get the most from the discount extravaganza that is Black Friday...

Set up online accounts beforehand

The stressful part of Black Friday is normally reaching the checkout and having to go through a long process of sign-up forms, email verifications, and all that. So if you're serious about shopping, make sure you set up your online account in advance.

Organisation is key

Spend the week beforehand pinpointing an area that you really want to focus on. Whether it be a beauty treat or some swanky new garden furniture for the summer. Focus is everything! And try not to be distracted from what you're trying to buy, even if a deal looks good stick to your list.

Have a budget

Many of us are guilty of taking advantage of every single deal thrown our way, even if we don’t necessarily want or need what we’re buying. So, as well as being organised, having a budget and sticking to it is one way you'll see the most satisfaction from both Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
