TOWIE series 34 has only just finished on ITVBe – like, literally, we're talking days – and already we're keen to know when our Brentwood babes, bois and baes will be back on our screens. And if you saw THAT (appalling acted, but still iconic) teaser at the end of the dramatic season finale, then you know why we need this information more than ever.
Seriously, just what the hell is going on with Junaid Ahmed and Joe Blackman now? ITV has just teased their apparent break-up and yet on socials, they're joined at the hip.
As always, we'll never know for sure until the series return, so just when the hell will that be, exactly?
Well, for once we can say, sooner than you might think, huns...
When does TOWIE start?
Series 34 of TOWIE finished on Sunday 3 November and at the end of the episode, producers teased future drama. We now know that this will come in the form of the return of the Christmas special (as revealed by a plethora of TOWIE folk).
While ITV bosses haven't confirmed anything yet, from looking at previous episodes we reckon it'll air on Sunday 22 December 2024.
Who is starring in the TOWIE Christmas special?
Well if that teaser trailer is anything to go by we can pretty much guarantee the festive drama is going to circulate around Junaid, Joe and Joe's ex Harry Derbidge. There are some core girlies involved in this drama tool, especially Saffron Lempriere, Amy Childs, Elma Pazar and Dani Imbert, so expect them to be making a return, too.
We also predict that Dan Edgar training for Dancing on Ice will feature in the Christmas special, because why would ITV skip such an obvious chance for some cross promotion? With that being said, those TOWIE viewing figures, though...
As we've mentioned, Christmas special details are on the loose side right now, but our fingers are crossed that Amber Turner (who recently revealed why we'll be seeing less of her) and her new boyfriend will fly over from Dubai and Love Island 2023's Sammy Root will also make an appearance.
How can I watch TOWIE?
When it's on, TOWIE airs on ITVBe at 9pm on Sunday evenings. It's also available to watch and binge on ITVX.
