Katie Price could spend Christmas in prison after she pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving whilst disqualified, and driving without insurancefollowing a car crash in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Appearing at Crawley Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, Katie, 43, pleaded guilty and was told that her sentencing had been deferred until December 15 to allow her to have treatment at the Priory Centre and to speak to the probation service.
If mum of five Katie is handed a jail sentence, this means that she could be spending the festive period in prison. Katie has no driving licence after being disqualified for two years in October 2019 - and has been banned from the roads six times in total.
According to Mail Online, the model told police at the scene, “I was just going to my friend's house. I know I shouldn't. I've been banned four times. I took drugs. I should not be driving. I admit it all."
Chair of the bench Julie Hutton told her she could leave but warned her against driving, saying, “You are free to go and good luck at the Priory.”
It has now been claimed that Katie had a “massive row” with fiancé Carl Woods before she crashed her car.

According to The Sun, Katie had ‘been up all night’ on a ‘booze binge’ after arguing with Carl.
A source told the publication, “Katie and Carl had a massive row and things escalated.
"She’s been under a lot of pressure over the past few weeks and it seems she just snapped. Katie went off the grid for eight hours as friends tried to track her down.
“It seems during that time she turned to booze and drugs.”
After her arrest, Carl took to Instagram to show support for his “rough diamond”.
In a statement, he said, ““Relationships are tested, people test each other – but when you love someone like I love Katie, you enjoy the highs and good times together, and that bond is tested during the low and difficult times together.
"Katie is a rough diamond. She has her imperfections however they make her perfect to me, she just needs that extra help to be polished.
"The sunlight will shine through her once again and the sparkles that she brings to everyone will return.
"I love you Katie 100%. My Dolly, always here, always will be.”
Last month it came to light that a man had been arrested after Katie was allegedly assaulted at her home.

Shortly afterwards there were rumours that Katie and her fiancé Carl Woods had split but she's since hit back at the reports.
On her Instagram Story, she wrote, "It’s such a shame having such a good night these awful stories about me coming out in fact I never went out and said I’ve dumped Carl this is not true I was actually proud to be with my son Harvey I wish people would leave me and Carl alone."
It came shortly after Carl broke his silence on the alleged assault for the first time and insisted he "never would do anything to hurt her".
