Despite spending the past month in rehab following her shock drink- drive car crash in September, a carefree-looking Katie was quick to get back on social media after returning home last week.
The former glamour model, 43, posted snaps to her Instagram with her fiancé Carl Woods and disabled eldest son Harvey, as well as her critically- ill mum Amy, who is suffering from a terminal lung disease.
Katie had been ordered into rehab by a judge, after appearing in court following the crash near her home, reportedly on her way to buy more drugs following an all-night party. Having already been banned six times in the last 10 years, it’s possible she’ll go to prison when she is sentenced on 15 December.

And sources say that, now she’s out of rehab, Katie – mum to Harvey, 19, with Dwight Yorke, Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, with Peter Andre, and Jett, eight, and Bunny, seven, with Kieran Hayler – is desperate to tie the knot with Carl and have her fourth wedding before her court appearance.
Katie and Carl, 32, got engaged in April, when she said, “It’s refreshing to be with a man that, if I decided I never wanted to work again, he’d look after me. I just love him. It is the real deal because it’s forever.”
But the couple are thought to have had a rocky relationship, with rumours swirling in September that they’d split after her kids unfollowed him on Instagram. Reports even claimed that Katie’s drug binge which resulted in her car crash was sparked after an “explosive row” with Carl.

However, since her return from rehab, they have put on a united front, holding hands in videos and showing off her engagement ring.
A source says, “Katie and Carl are secretly planning to marry in the next few weeks, ahead of her court appearance. She’s always said she feels happier when she’s married, and they want to show everyone how strong they are, despite what’s happened over the last few months. And they know there’s a chance, should Katie get prison time, they may have to wait a while if they don’t do it now.

“Katie’s past ceremonies have been lavish, but she wants an intimate woodland wedding this time around. It’s likely to be at Henlle Hall, near Wales, where Carl took her for Valentine’s Day this year – when they were accused then cleared of breaking lockdown rules – and it’ll just be a few friends and family, with Harvey as the best man.
"Even though it’s more low key, she’s planning to wear a big meringue wedding dress as she’s feeling insecure over her weight, and will have all her hair and make- up done to look her best for Carl. It will also be the first time she takes a man’s surname, she hasn’t done that with her other exes.”

However, pals are said to be concerned at the speed at which Katie is rushing into this marriage after “ups and downs” between her and Carl. And they worry that Katie – who has previously admitted drug use and was admitted to rehab in 2018 – needs more time to focus on her recovery.
The source adds, “Carl is keen to get married as soon as possible – he wants them to show the world how much they love each other. Katie loves Carl, and she’s excited about getting married, but her friends are worried that rushing into this marriage could be devastating for her if it goes wrong. And they worry it’s the last thing she needs right now. They’ve urged her to take time to put herself first, to focus on her healing and to delay the wedding until she feels stronger.”

There has been further worry since Katie announced she’d be throwing herself back into work, planning a launch for her new baby and child clothing range “Little Pricey”, later this month.
Some fans expressed concern about her moving on so quickly after rehab. One said, “Rehabilitation is a lengthy, ongoing process. You don’t just complete it and carry on!”
And friends and family are also desperate for her to focus on rest and recovery.
The source says, “Katie is vowing to stay clean and sober, and says she’s in a positive place. Everyone hoped this had been a wake-up call, but it seems Katie is set on going back to her hectic lifestyle. Friends want her to slow down, take time off social media and focus on getting better. They’re frightened that if she doesn’t take this seriously, she’s going to hit rock bottom again.”
Closer previously reported how Katie’s mum Amy and her stepdad Paul were her primary support system – with Jordan herself previously describing her mum as her “rock” and crediting Paul for being “supportive in all situations.”
Tragically, Amy, 69, was diagnosed with a terminal lung illness in 2017. And earlier this year, Katie said that she was heartbroken that her mum likely only had a few months left, saying, “Now she’s on oxygen, it’s hit home again. She’s only got like 32 per cent left of her lung capacity...It’s horrible to see my mum go through it because she’s so active, it’s cruel.”
Last week, in a photo posted to Katie’s social media, Amy could be seen with a tube into her nose, thought to aid breathing. And insiders say her mum’s health is also behind Jordan’s rush to marry again.
After her diagnosis, Amy said, “I’m not going to peg off yet until Katie is settled. It’s time she got herself together and took herself more seriously.”
In May, Carl insisted they’d get married “by the end of this year”, with Katie adding, “Obviously, my mum’s terminally ill and she said she wants us to get married so she sees it.”
The source adds, “It was always Amy’s wish to see Katie settled before she goes, so Katie feels time is running out for her to show her mum she’s happy after so many mistakes over the years.
“Amy’s condition is slowly declining – she’s OK at the moment, but next year might be tough. Amy is the most important person in Katie’s life – she’s been there for her through everything – so it’s heartbreaking for Katie to watch and it’s the main reason she wants this shotgun wedding.
“If she loses her mum it will of course hit her hard, which is why everyone wants her to take her recovery as seriously as possible.”
