Katie Price and her fiancé Carl Woods have reportedly fled the country and jetted abroad to Turkey after he revealed he’d stepped back from social media and gone “into hiding” after being inundated with abuse online.
Following Carl’s post, Katie took to the comments section to defend the former Love Island star against allegations he’d been involved in her alleged assault last month and insisted he wasn’t to blame.
The mum-of-five wrote, “FACT, I’ve ALWAYS said DON’T believe everything you read in the media and what Carl is saying is true. FACT I’ve NEVER called the police on Carl. My police investigation I’m currently going through to an incident a few weeks ago is not to do with Carl. This mans mental health is so low and easy to say suicidal. Someone played what they thought was a clever game and involved the media with inaccurate information [sic].”
The couple are believed to have now flown out of the country, with Katie hoping to “clear her head” during their trip before returning to the UK later this week for work commitments.

According to reports, Katie told friends that she had dumped Carl after a series of rows during their recent trip to St. Lucia and had moved back to her “mucky mansion” in West Sussex even though it’s still being renovated. However, Katie has insisted this isn’t true.
She furiously hit back on Instagram, “It’s such a shame having such a good night these awful story’s about me coming out infact I never went out and said I’ve dumped Carl this is not true I was actually proud to be with my son Harvey I wish people would leave me a Carl alone [sic].”
