Katie Price faces yet more potential heartache as during a discussion about fertility in her 40s, fiancé Carl Woods revealed he’s worried about his own ability to father children after using steroids in his 20s.
The couple have made no secret of the fact they’ve been trying for a baby and recently revealed they’d turned to IVF to improve their chances.
But speaking to Stephanie McGovern on Channel 4’s flagship daytime show Steph’s Packed Lunch, Carl, who is more than ten years younger than Katie, admitted he’s had his own concerns.
“When I was younger, I couldn’t see past my nose, so I used to use steroids when I was going to the gym,” he said. “Only when you get older do you realise when you do when you’re younger could affect you when you’re older. It’s worrying.
"It’s always been in the back of my mind what potential damage I may or may not have done when I was taking them.”

Earlier this month, Katie revealed they’d decided to turn to IVF so that her terminally ill mum Amy could live to see them have a child together.
“It has not happened naturally, unfortunately. I thought it would be easy as I’ve never had to plan it before. It’s always just happened,” Katie told The Sun.
“We have never been careful having sex from day one, as we knew we wanted to be together.”
She also revealed they’d call the baby Miracle if they were lucky enough to conceive.
