Katie Price’s terminally ill mum Amy is still fighting for her life despite not having long to live, the star says.
During a mini-documentary as part of Steph’s Packed Lunch, Katie can be seen talking to her mum, who suffers from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, via FaceTime as she’s hooked up to an oxygen supply.
In the video, Amy struggles through a coughing fit as Katie urges her to turn her oxygen up.
"It's because you don't want to turn it up," says Katie. "That's why - you don't want to rely on it."
The film sees Katie visit a mindfulness coach to help her make the most of Amy’s final months, and the former glamour model says, “My mum is my absolute rock, my absolute best friend.
"To be told she’s got an incurable breathing disease breaks my heart. Sadly, she hasn’t got long left to live."

She added, "What I’ve learned from today is to spend as much time as I can with my mum. You’ve just got to take each day as it is, build as many memories, don’t have regrets and just be happy."
Back in February, Katie and Amy appeared on Good Morning Britain via video link from their respective homes, as they discussed how difficult it’s been not to see each other during the pandemic.
"I'm very up and down really, to be honest with you," she told hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid. "What with Covid and everything, if I catch a cold or Covid there's just no hope, so that would be the end of it for me. But positively, I'm hoping, I'm pushing to see if I can get on the transplant list.

"Because there is no cure there's nothing else they can do for me really, it's just palliative care, they're just trying to keep me comfortable.
"My age is against me and the results are not that good as you get older and you could die in the operating theatre, you could reject (the donated organ)... and if you can get through all of that, you would have a better quality of life and maybe live another two or three years."
