Gathering together spinach, broccoli and some peppers to blend into a smoothie, Tracy Kiss then reaches into her fridge for a special ingredient – her boyfriend’s sperm, which she keeps in a Tupperware box.
The mum of two – who is a personal trainer and social media influencer – makes sure she ingests his sperm at least four times a week, but usually on a daily basis. She also uses it as a facial at least once a month, as she reckons it keeps her skin looking young.
And although it might make some people gag, Tracy, 32, who lives near Aylesbury, Bucks, insists that far from being an odd thing to do, it’s healthy, free, and contains vitamins and minerals.
She says, “I’ve been doing this for four years now and I’ve never felt better. I’m never ill, either. In this pandemic, I’m not really concerned about getting the illness, as my immune system is so strong.
“More people should consider it. There’s no need to feel freaked out – it’s completely natural and has worked wonders for me. I feel no embarrassment about it at all. Why should I?”
Tracy, who has two children, Millie, 13, and Gabriel, seven, with a previous partner, started using sperm to boost her immune system after her breast implants ruptured in 2012.
She says, “I was permanently exhausted and run down. I also had terrible rosacea – a condition that causes red patches and flushing on my face – which upset me.”
Tracy went to see a skin specialist, who suggested using egg whites on her face – but as she’s vegan, she felt squeamish at the thought.
But then she read a story about Hollywood actress Heather Locklear using sperm in her facials and consulted the skin expert again, who said there would be no harm in trying.
However, Tracy was single at the time so asked her best friend from the gym if he’d step up.
She says, “I didn’t feel awkward – he’s a close friend. I was more embarrassed by my red face. And it wasn’t like I was asking him to do anything he wasn’t doing on a daily basis anyway! We’d meet up at the gym and he’d hand over the pot and I’d take it home and put it in the fridge to keep it fresh.”
After just a few days of using semen on her face, Tracy couldn’t believe the results.

She says, “It actually felt really refreshing as I put it on. It calmed my face immediately and now I use it regularly as a facial and my rosacea has gone.”
After those positive results, Tracy decided to do further research on the benefits of sperm to boost her flagging immune system and discovered that it contains nearly 200 different vitamins and minerals – from vitamin C and B12 to zinc, magnesium, and potassium. So, she decided to try eating it.
She says, “I told my friend my plan and he was fine with it, so when he next gave me a pot of sperm, I took it home and put it in a smoothie. I didn’t feel at all squeamish doing it. For me, as a vegan, it seems more strange to drink something from a cow’s udder.

“I would occasionally drink it neat, too – I don’t mind the taste at all.
“He was single and told me he always practised safe sex. I trusted him so knew I’d be fine.”
Tracy says she felt her strength coming back within weeks and she now swears by it. She’s been going out with her boyfriend Thomas, 29, an entrepreneur, for over two years, and he’s happy to supply her needs.
She says, “Sometimes I’ll get my daily dose from sexual activity. But as I don’t live with my boyfriend, when we’re apart he will produce a sample for me. If I’ve got plenty, I freeze some, and it is important to keep it in the fridge to stop it from going off.
“My boyfriend is delighted that I like eating his sperm – and tells all his friends about it. I’m not sure how their girlfriends feel, though!”
While Tracy is happy to drink it neat, she says that if her boyfriend has eaten something pungent like asparagus, or meat, which she hates, she will mix it into a smoothie.
She says, “Pineapples and mango make it taste sweeter, and if he drinks plenty of water his production levels go up. But some foods affect the taste and that’s when I put it in a smoothie and just gulp it down.”
