Regular Closer online readers won't need us to tell them that ITV threw its annual Palooza party last night (Tuesday 22 November), bringing stars from shows like The Real Housewives of Cheshire, Love Island, TOWIE and Big Brother together for a star-studded celebration in London that we never seem to get an invite to (even though it's right down the road from us) – maybe we should start manifesting things like the kids do.
We've spent most of the morning going through the red carpet snaps over a Toffee Nut Latte and we have to say the cream of the crop was the group shot of the entire RHOCheshire series 16 cast (honestly, hang it in the Louvre). Well, we say the entire cast of series 16 – a certain series villain (but one we kind of love) appears to be missing.
RHOCheshire stars Natasha Hamilton, Sheena Lynch, Lystra Adams, Hanna Kinsella, Nicole Sealey, Rachel Lugo, Lauren Simon and Seema Malhotra all ventured from down south for the star-studded night and we have to say, it's nice to see Natasha and Nicole in the line-up – we had the slightest of inklings they'd parted ways with the ITVBe series after butting heads last season. Saying that, there are three Housewives separating them.
So, who are we missing? Well, all the main Housewives are present and accounted for, but there's one guest Housewife – who was at the centre of most of last season's storylines, rows and fallouts – who was nowhere to be seen... Paige Chohan.
Paige was introduced as a guest Housewife at the start of series 16 as a friend of Seema's and left an impact on virtually everyone she filmed with – particularly Rachel and Hanna, who we last saw hurling insults at Paige (and vice versa) at the heated series reunion.
It's quite possible that Paige wasn't invited to join the ladies as she is not an official full-time member of the cast. It's also possible she wasn't invited because half the cast wouldn't have turned up if she was part of the line-up. Who can say? But it's certainly made us think about Paige's involvement in series 17...
Tbh, we're manifesting a return – we'll add it to our list.
What we do know is that Paige is not involved in the RHOCheshire Manchester Pride special, but returning Housewives Ampika Pickston, Ester Dee and Tanya Bardsley are. The former Housewives will join Rachel, Lystra, Nicole and Lauren for the special set to air this November (although we still don't have an official start date and we're definitely running out of November days).
Whether Paige has signed on for series 17 filming in the new year... only time will tell.
Or maybe one of the girls if they blab first...
