Love Island 2019 winner Amber Gill has announced that she's had secret surgery following a lot of speculation.

Amber took part in the fifth series of Love Island and it's well known that a lot of the contestants get cosmetic surgery before and after going on the show

Well, Amber has now admitted that she too has followed in the footsteps as some of her fellow Islander pals and had lip filler.

During a Q&A on her YouTube channel, she admitted, "Yes I did [get lip filler].

"It's not a case of trying to be deceitful or anything like that - I always think it's important to be honest with my followers - but I wouldn't want to promote it because you can't get my face with a little bit of lip filler, it's just a little bit of enhancement.

"I've had minor minor amounts of lip filler. Sometimes when my lips look like they need a little bit I'll literally put 0.5 in."

The reality star went on to advise her followers, "If you do want [lip filler] please go to a cosmetic doctor.

"Go to someone that knows what they're doing, the dimensions you need to get."

The 24 year old then seemingly threw shade at other reality stars and influencers by claiming, "I'm going to spill some tea, your faves that all got their lip fillers dissolved I'm 99% certain that they got it redistributed.

"So they got it dissolved and then got a minor amount put back in."

During her video Amber also opened up about the real reason she went onto Love Island and surprisingly it wasn't for love or to become an influencer.

"I didn't go on the show to win. I don't even think I went on the show for love or for a f--king business move," she admitted.

"I went on the show because I was 21 and they asked me to and I thought, 'Why wouldn't I want to go on holiday to Spain for a holiday for free? I am broke and I work at a beauty salon, get me the f--k out of here."

Amber has also spoken out after fellow Islander Molly-Mae Hague was slammed online following her interview with Steven Bartlett.

"I'm just gonna get on to this as it's the main thing everyone's asking about and it's the trending topic and asking do we all have the same 24 hours in the day?

"The short answer is no but I will say I don't believe in inciting hatred, trolling or jumping on anyone in the public eye so that's why I normally like to chat on stories and weigh in but I'm very conscious that when people are piling in on top of somebody that I don't want to add fuel to that fire."

She then went on to say, "However do I think we all have the same 24 hours? I just don't. Because I come from a mixed race background and I can see different perspectives I don't have that view...

'Social inequality is a massive thing whether its race, gender, sexual orientation, anything like that. to say we all have a level playing field is very damaging."

However she then added, "It's such a difficult topic of conversation and do I think Molly meant any harm or malice? No. I do see what she's saying that all Love Islanders have the same 24 hours to do what they need to do fair enough.

"But everyone across the world, definitely not and that's just my opinion."
