She's one of the most popular Love Island stars - and now she's branching out without her already-a-bit-famous boyfriend

There's good news in store for Love Island fans as it's come to light that Maura Higgins has gone and landed her own spin-off show.

The Irish reality star made us laugh over the summer with her "fanny flutter" outbursts and putting Tom Walker in his place after he infamously said "It'll be interesting to see if she's all mouth".

Now, Maura's stint in the villa has resulted in her own reality show and apparently Curtis Pritchard has nothing to do with it.

A TV source has said: "She is great on screen so bosses want to create a platform where viewers can still get their fix.

"While her and Curtis are still together, no-one really knows what the future holds for them as a couple so producers are focusing on Maura," they told The Sun.

ITV bosses are apparently "ironing out details at the moment" but the insider added: "She has ratings-winner potential, they just have to settle on the right tone."

A Maura spin-off show is exactly what we want to see, imagine all the stuff she'd get up to...

The news comes shortly after she landed a role on This Morning as an agony aunt and she's set to star in her own segment Maura Than Meets The Eye that will show her take part in a variety of different challenges including sky diving.

Amber Gill reveals Love Island producers approached her LAST YEAR

Amy Hart admits the sad side-effect of Love Island fame 😢

Even though Maura's getting her own show, Love Island winners Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea are not getting a spin-off because of fears they might split.

The pair are currently exclusively dating but not officially in a relationship and bosses apparently don't want another "publicity disaster" like with Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer and Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood.

Although Amber has reportedly signed up for Dancing on Ice 2020 and she's set to appear on Loose Women.
