She’s spoken openly about starting a family as soon as possible with toyboy Carl Woods, saying, “This is the real deal… We’re excited about everything; babies and marriage. I’ve even discussed it with my mum and what it will be like.”
But last week, Jordan's hopes of a fresh start were thrown into chaos when ex-boyfriend Kris Boyson dished the dirt about their relationship, accusing her of cheating on him and staying out all night partying – something new man Carl, 31, has admitted he dislikes.
The drama unfolded after Jordan – mum to Harvey, 18, Junior, 15, Princess, 13, Jett, seven, and Bunny, six – gushed about her relationship with Carl in a recent interview, where she even claimed her other previous romances, including marriages to Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler, were all “dress rehearsals”.
The pair even proved their commitment last month by getting their faces tattooed on each other. But when critics on social media teased Jordan – real name Katie Price – that she has always claimed her love interests were The One in the past, the former glamour model took aim at recent ex Kris, calling him “fame hungry”.
Hitting back, Kris, 31 – who dated Jordan on and off for 18 months before they split last December – wrote on Instagram, “I’ve come on here today just to set the record straight. I’ll be careful with what I say as I’m not out here to destroy anyone’s career, which I could quite easily do.”
Referring to taking back the engagement ring he’d given her last summer, Kris sparked a cheating scandal when he posted shock new allegations, saying, “Why am I going to let you keep a ring of that value after I find out you’re sleeping with three other people?” He then added, “I wouldn’t want to start touching on the endless nights that staying out was more important to you than coming home to the kids.”

Now friends say Jordan – who posted a video of her and Carl responding to the claims, in which she branded Kris’ comments “lies” – is desperate not to let anything jeopardise her newfound happiness.
A source says, “Katie was left feeling very anxious over Kris’ comments. Things are going well with Carl, but now she can’t help feeling insecure and panicked she could lose everything again. She’s been open about her past with Carl, but it’s still angered her that Kris has rehashed their dramas. She and Carl have established a level of trust and are in a really good place, so she doesn’t want anything to threaten that.”
Carl recently spoke about Jordan’s racy history, saying, “Everybody knows that Katie’s got a past. Guess what, I’ve got a past as well, but nobody knows about that really because I’m not in the public eye.”
The source adds, “Katie’s friends have reassured her that Carl won’t be scared off by Kris’ claims, but it’s come at the worst possible time as they were so happy about starting a family together and being in their little bubble.”
Now psychotherapist Noel McDermott says Jordan’s recent comments over ex Kris are an indication she still hasn’t moved on from the past – and that rushing into starting a family with Carl is the last thing she should be doing, given her relationship history and her recent emotional issues that saw her enter rehab earlier this year. Last week, she spoke on her YouTube channel of how she had “thoughts of killing myself” at her lowest ebb.
Noel says, “Katie has had issues with relationships and love addiction. Her past cycle of whirlwind relationships and rushing into marriage or babies shows that. Her comments about her previous relationships – like comparing Carl with her exes and calling Kris “fame hungry” – prove she’s still holding on to bitterness from the past.
“Someone in Katie’s position should be focusing on themselves, rather than rushing into yet another relationship when she clearly hasn’t dealt with her past romantic breakdowns. If she wants to make this work with Carl, she needs to do much more work on herself. She must learn to let go, rather than continue to bring up old relationships or compare them to what she has. Without resolving the past, it could result in her pushing Carl away.
“A new relationship or baby won’t fix inner issues. If she’s to be with Carl, rushing into marriage or having a child is not advisable. It hasn’t worked out in the past, so she risks repeating the pattern of failed romances.
“The problem is Katie has had issues before, with post-traumatic stress disorder and emotional issues, which have been triggered by break-ups – for example, her third divorce and her split from Kris. If she is to rush into having a baby with her new man, and that relationship breaks down, she could be left in a really vulnerable place once again. There’s no doubt that’s something that would worry her – the idea of being a single mum with a baby and having to cope by herself after everything she’s been through. That would leave anyone feeling completely broken.”

Adding to Jordan’s woes, TOWIE star Lauren Goodger has reportedly been seeing her ex-fling Charles Drury, 23, after Lauren shared photos of the pair cosying up in bed together.
Sources say Jordan was left “seething” over the news that Lauren – who was bridesmaid at her wedding to Kieran in 2013 – was spending time with Charles, who she dated during a brief split from Kris in August last year.
A source says, “Katie was disappointed with Lauren, as they were friends and she broke the girl code. But she doesn’t want to let it impact her relationship with Carl, as that’s her focus. She wants to throw everything into this relationship and make sure it works for the long-term.”
