When did Jordan Brook join TOWIE?

Alongside his BFF Jack Rigden, Jordan was introduced as a friend of Megan McKenna in 2017, and he's revealed exactly what caught the eye of TOWIE producers and why they asked him to be on the show.

Chatting exclusively to Closer, Jordan opened up about being approached by show bosses after his close pal (and show legend) Megan put them in touch.

He said, “I’m extremely close friends with Megan McKenna and knew all the girls through her; Chloe [Meadows], Courtney [Green], we used to hang around with them quite a bit. I think Megan was asked if she knew any good…”

“Good looking boys, were you going to say? No, you weren’t going to say that,” Jordan’s co-star Saffron Lempriere interjected as he laughed.

“So, Megan was asked if she knew any single boys that would be good for the show and she said my name,” Jordan continued.

Just as we’ve always suspected.

Jordan returned to TOWIE in 2022 after four years away, telling Closer Online, "This time around, they approached me again and said, ‘How do you feel about coming back?’

"So, I’m back for round two.”

Jordan returned to the show alongside Love Island 2019 star Elma Pazar and Lovestruck High's Junaid Ahmed. Besties Courtney and Chloe also returned after being brutally axed in 2021.

What does Jordan Brook do for a living?

As well as starring on TV and being a barber, Jordan also hosts his own YouTube show In The Barbershop and his first guest was controversial Married At First Sight star Luke Worley.

He first teased the news early in 2023 when he posted a picture his salon on his Instagram Story and wrote, “On to the next chapter… Thank you to everyone who has been here over the years.”

In another post, Jordan could be taking down a sign which read, “Jordan’s Barbers”. He captioned the clip, “New beginnings. New salon 👀.”

What happened with Jordan Brook and Chloe Brockett?

A lot can change in a year and Jordan and Chloe are proof of that. It all seemed to be going well after they went on a date together but when things fizzled out, it all turned pretty sour.

Following reports that the pair were dating, Chloe furiously denied the speculation and she even accused Jordan of “selling stories” to the tabloids.

It's safe to say that they're not pals and we don't think they will be anytime soon.

What happened with Jordan Brook and Lauren Bayford?

Jordan's a busy boy and following the drama with Chloe and Ella, it came to light that he was dating Saffron Lempriere’s friend Lauren Bayford.

Who is Jordan Brook dating?

In a recent episode of TOWIE, Jordan revealed to pal Elma that him and Soph are trying for a baby but have had some struggles with them even thinking Sophie was pregnant but it sadly turned out to be a false positive.

Fans flocked to social media to praise Jordan for his honesty and openness around the matter and the barber turned reality TV star thanked his followers for their support.

"I just want to say thank you so much for all of your kind words and support over last night and today. This is one of life's many obstacles and journeys that is currently upon me and my beautiful @sophiekasaei."

Has Jordan Brook been on Geordie Shore?

In April 2023, it was revealed that Jordan had added another reality show to his CV. That's right, he's joining girlfriend Sophie on Geordie Shore.

According to reports, a collective of Geordie Shore legends filmed the latest – and final final FINAL – season of the MTV series in Greece.

Although MTV are yet to announce any sort of cancellation, the likes of Sophie Kasaei, Chloe Ferry, Abbie Holborn, James Tindale, Marnie Simpson and her new hubby Casey Johnson were all spotted partying in Greece and had been sharing endless behind-the-scenes content on their socials.

None other than Jordan has popped up on the cast's socials time and time again over their time away, which makes sense as he is dating Geordie OG Sophie.

He helped Sophie cook a colossal roast for the cast – and if that doesn't say 'part of the family', we don't know what does.

Why was Jordan Brook axed from TOWIE?

Jordan only lasted a year during his first TOWIE stint, as he was cut in 2018 alongside Amber Dowding, Chris Clark and Mike Hassini.

At the time a TOWIE source told The Sun, "TOWIE is like a revolving door and producers are always on the lookout for new faces that can keep the show fresh.

“Producers thought Jack and Jordan were really funny and had great potential but they were lost against the bigger characters and unfortunately didn’t make the final cut."
