She recently underwent a complete body overhaul, involving drastic surgery to correct her Brazilian Bum Lift, a breast reduction, as well as a reverse tummy tuck after previous nip/tucks left her with a series of hang-ups throughout her twenties.
And three months after going under the knife and gaining her “dream body,” Sophie Kasaei says her newfound confidence has inspired her to launch a sizzling OnlyFans account.
The star is set to join the likes of Kerry Katona and Megan Barton-Hanson on the X-rated subscription-paid site, where users can sell snaps of themselves in return for sums of money. And Sophie can’t wait to get started.
“For the first time in years, I feel confident, sexy and empowered thanks to my new body,” Sophie, 32, tells Closer. “I’ve got smaller boobs that suit my frame, I’ve been training hard, and all my insecurities have gone. I’ve always shared these kinds of photos of myself on social media – I’m from Geordie Shore – I’m known for being out there! This is just another platform to give my fans another insight into my life.”
While she’ll be posting snaps of herself, Sophie insists she will be protecting her modesty. “I know there can be a stigma towards OnlyFans, and I did worry that everyone’s going to think I’m doing porn and getting my fanny out, but it’s not like that at all. I won’t be getting naked, playing with myself, showing my nipples or anything explicit whatsoever. Of course, I’ll be posting empowering photos, but I’ll also be doing exercise and cooking videos, and having Q&As with my fans so they can get to know more about my life. Everyone on there is verified so I’ll know who I’m interacting with. It’s a safe environment.”
And Sophie concedes she would never have had the confidence to do this prior to having surgery. Reflecting on her body journey, the star, who has gone from a E to a C-cup, adds, “I get emotional because a year ago I couldn’t stand in front of the camera. I had saggy skin, my breasts were out of proportion, I was a lot heavier, and I’d cry in the mirror. I felt like a big bag of foreskin at the end of a penis!”
She adds, “I was editing my pictures to make me look skinny and to hide everything. Now I love the way I look; I’ve got my dream body. I still love a filter, but I don’t over-edit myself, I’m on TV so I’d be caught out.”
Many celebrity users have cited a huge boost to their earnings, and Sophie is hoping her new venture will help her financially too. She says, “I’ve heard the likes of Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, Kerry and Megan say they’ve become millionaires. These girls are mega, filthy, dirty rich and I’d love to have that. Eventually I want to buy a house in London and if I can afford to do it by January then I’ll know I’ve done something right!”
And Sophie predicts it won’t be long until her TV co-stars follow her lead. “Let me just say, I’m not the only Geordie Shore girl who’s thinking about OnlyFans – I’m just the guinea pig,” she laughs. “I think there will be more of us on the platform soon. I’ve paved the way for them. I’ve always said Chloe Ferry should be on there, she’s a very sexy girl and she’s doing it all anyway on her social media. All of us Geordie girls are very supportive towards each other, and they’re so excited for me.”
While her parents were hesitant at first, Sophie admits she’s turned them round. In fact, during our conversation, her mum shouts, ‘Show them all what your Mumma gave you,’ before Sophie bursts into laughter. “My mam takes my photos and spurs me on. My parents are used to seeing me on Geordie Shore and they respect I’m a grown adult.”
What’s more, last week Sophie, who had a six-year relationship with DJ Joel Corry until 2017, fuelled rumours of a romance with TOWIE star, Jordan Brook, after the pair were spotted on a date night together. While she doesn’t confirm they’re an item, she says, “I have been dating someone, after a long break. When I first told them that I’d be doing OnlyFans, their response was, ‘You go, girl. I’m so proud of you.’ At the end of the day, whoever I’m seeing gets the real deal, so there’s no issue.”
And much like her friends, Holly Hagan and Charlotte Crosby, Sophie too hopes to settle down. She adds, “I’ve always said that the next person I get serious with, I’d want them to be The One. I’m not dating just to have one-night stands, it’s not me. I want tomove to that next stage of my life and find Mr Right. Hopefully soon I’ll have my dream home in London to go with it!”

“Charlotte didn’t think she would ever be able to have children [after suffering an ectopic pregnancy] but it happened, which is wonderful. I’m going to be seeing her this week and I can’t wait to meet her little girl.”
Recovering from surgery:
“Since I’ve had surgery, my boobs have softened, and they feel very natural. I’m around a C-cup now [from an E-cup]. I always joke the next boy I’m with will be a very lucky man with these t*ts!”
Coping with endometriosis:
“I’ll be having surgery soon to remove all the cysts that have been causing me so much pain. It’ll be a tough recovery, plus I’ll have scars, but I’m glad that the surgeons will be able to have a deeper look at what’s going on.”
