We are absolutely loving having TOWIE OG of OGs Lauren Goodger back on the show, here at Closer online. Not only is it pumping us full of the elixir we call nostalgia every Sunday evening, but we are loving the energy she is bringing to the drama-heavy series almost 14 years after her initial debut; so warm and motherly and yet so raw and transparent.
We've always been fans of Lauren here at Closer, but she really is giving us something special on our screens in 2024.
Don't ever change, queen...but oh wait, is that a new hair colour? One that makes you the double of a former TOWIE star? One we're suddenly realising Lauren is filling the big shoes of perfectly in series 33.
The iconic reality star took to her Instagram grid earlier this week to showcase her new brunette locks and we have to say, she is the SPIT of one Chloe Brockett.

To be honest, even with a blonde hue Lauren had a touch of Brockett about her. Look at this throwback snap Junaid Ahmed recently shared of him, Lauren and Dani Imbert. Tell us you did not think that was Chloe Brockett in a Junaid and Dani sandwich for a split second?
It's giving sisters and we're suddenly gutted these two never actually had any crossover time on the ITVBe reality series.
When she originally joined the series in 2010, Lauren was in a relationship with Mark Wright and the couple had a tumultuous relationship on and off camera to say the least.
Fast forward to 2024 and Lauren and Mark are now living completely different lives, with Lauren making all our TOWIE dreams come true by finally returning. She made her TOWIE comeback in series 33 of the show in March 2024 alongside good pal Junaid and it has been a LONG time coming.
As well as being on TOWIE, Lauren has also appeared on Dancing on Ice and Celebrity Big Brother. At the moment though, she is predominantly focusing on her OnlyFans and being a mum to her daughter Larose.
