Was anyone prepared for the turmoil of this season of TOWIE? Here at Closer HQ, we had NO IDEA just how dramatic a trip to Cyprus could be.
All it took was some longing glances and whispered words between Junaid Ahmed and Joe Blackman for Harry Derbidge's world to come crashing down - and the whole of TOWIE with it.
We didn't think we'd see the day that the romance between Ella Rae Wise and Dan Edgar wasn't the most controversial love affair in Essex and yet here we are.
We are roughly half way through series 34 and, honestly, is anybody having a good time? Even Jordan Brook and Sophie Kasaei have taken a break from each other and, by the sounds of things, it doesn't look as though the season will be ending on a positive note - at least according to Ella, that is.
Taking to her Instagram, Ella recently answered some burning questions from her followers and one of them quizzed her about the current series.
'How would you describe the TOWIE season 34 finale in 3 words? xxx,' they asked.
And honestly? Her three words were not remotely hopeful.
'Raw, emotional & unexpected. Especially the last ep... 😵,' Ella replied.
Now we are desperate to know what the hell goes down in the last episode, the finale of any show always has major drama and/or ends in a cliffhanger and TOWIE is no different.
The series 33 finale saw Ella and Harry have a blazing row at his birthday party as well as Saffron Lempriere going head to head with newbies Becks Bloomberg and Livvy Jay.
Although the love triangle between Harry, Joe and Junaid is what has kept this series dramatic, Ella has found herself falling out with Chloe Meadows and we don't think one episode has aired where Diags hasn't managed to bicker with Jodie Wells.
