It was the TOWIE love triangle nobody saw coming and yet here we are just days before the season 34premiere wondering what the hell went down between Harry Derbidge, Junaid Ahmed and Joe Blackman.

Some might say it was even more shocking than the Dan Edgar and Ella Rae Wise summer romance that has lasted WAY longer than a holiday fling has any right to. Honestly, props to Amber Turner for keeping her cool during those trying times.

But as we wait for the first episode to air it turns out that a certain TOWIE cast member is more than happy to spill the tea on the Essex chaos.

God bless Saffron Lempriere and her knack for knowing EVERYONE’s business and all times.

In the latest trailer for the upcoming season, Saff and Roman [Hackett] are chatting about what we can expect to see in Cyprus and, of course, the Harry/Joe/Junaid dramz is a major storyline.

“Joe and Harry are in a terrible place at the minute,” Saff revealed, “This is an exclusive, I’ve not even had this chat with Junaid yet, but Junaid is good friends with Joe, and Harry has asked him to watch out for Joe, so Junaid has spent a lot of quality time with Joe.”

This already sounds like a terrible rom com with someone sure to end up heartbroken and by the looks of things it’s OG Harry who is on the receiving end of heartbreak and pain.

“As a friend I did ask Junaid, ‘What is the deal? What is going down?’"

The last we checked all was semi-well in the Harry/Joe relationship, despite Junaid claiming Joe's feelings for Harry weren't genuine, the three of them managed to make peace and were on relatively good terms. Alas, it seems that's not the case now.

"Bottom line is I have spoken to Junaid, he has said, ‘Great feelings, I’ve not felt like this about a gay guy.’ Junaid is still hanging out with him.”

Well, perhaps we should say Junaid and Joe are on TOO good terms....

WATCH: Brace yourselves, a brand new series of TOWIE is on the way and it's going to be an absolute corker according to Junaid Ahmed
