To quote an oldie but a goodie, 'There were three in this relationship', and if there's a third in TOWIE stars Dan Edgar and Ella Rae Wise's new relationship, let's be honest, it's Chloe Meadows.
Amber Turner's right hand is taking loyalty to the next level when it comes to poking and prodding at the blossoming new show romance. It's a hot topic of conversation on series 33 – ever since the pair hooked up in Bali – but Chloe seems to be talking about nothing else on screen right now.
We get it, Chloe is best friends with Amber (Dan's ex), and with Amber playing it all inhumanly cool, Chloe is getting seriously involved on her behalf. As such, she's spoken about the new relationship at length to Amber, Girl band and even Dan (who she is still relatively friendly with) since it became public knowledge in Bali. Although it's fair to say the comments are getting spikier...
During the most recent episode of the ITVBe series, in a conversation with Amber, Chloe confessed to taking a swipe at Ella directly to Dan at Jordan Brook's wild west party, criticising her "slut dropping".
Speaking of the new couple, she told Amber, "They're quite touchy-feely with each other. They're kind of all over each other more than I expected.
"So at the end of the night, I said to Dan...because you know [Ella] does all this like slut dropping? I don't know, something just came over me and I was with Dan and I just said to Dan, 'Is that a bit of you, yeah?' And he was like, 'What?' And I was like, 'You know the slut dropping, the bra out.' What I know of Dan, that's not Dan. But, maybe it is now."
Now that the episode has aired, naturally, Ella has witnessed said spiky conversation and in true Miss Wise fashion, she has clapped back at Chloe, while somehow also taking it on the chin. Good girl.
Sharing a video of her dancing at a party last night on her socials, Ella wrote, "I don't slut drop, I twerk x."
Dan, meanwhile, has been posting about hitting the gym back in Essex.
Ella and Dan hooked up in Bali – while Amber was staying in the same hotel (awks) – and continued their relationship back in Essex. In fact, they just went on a super cute/wholesome ice skating date – and are set to go fishing in the next ep. No word yet as to weather the couple are still together in the here and now, but no doubt we won't know either way until the finale has aired.
Tell you what, though, if there's one person who would definitely know it's Chloe Meadows...
