Their romance is currently playing out on TOWIE after they rekindled things at the start of the series, but Dan Edgar and Ella Rae Wise are sadly no more.
With Dan set to appear alongside Ferne McCann and Love Island’s Chris Taylor on the next series of Dancing on Ice the pair have called it a day on their on/off romance, Closer can exclusively reveal.
Ella has since jetted off to Dubai for a month-long getaway with close pals Freddie Bentley and Dani Imbert.
A source told Closer, ‘It’s officially over for TOWIE’s Dan Edgar & Ella Rae Wise.
‘After a steamy romance which started in Bali earlier this year, the pair have decided to call time on the love affair.’
The split is said to be amicable, with both Dan and Ella throwing themselves into other ventures after parting ways.
The source said, ‘Dan is set to focus on training for Dancing On Ice, whilst Ella has jetted off to Dubai for a month before filming starts for the TOWIE Christmas special.
‘There isn’t any bad blood between the pair and it was fun while it lasted, but a long term relationship was sadly not on the cards.’
Ella and Dan’s representatives have been contacted for comment.
Ella and Dan’s relationshipbegan when they hooked up on the cast’s trip to Bali at the start of series 33, but they hit a rocky patch earlier this year when Dan was accused of sleeping with his ex, Hannah Rally, while Ella was on holiday.
However, they confirmed they were well and truly back on over the summer when they were spotted sharing a steamy kiss in the sea while filming in Cyprus.
Although things have been going smoothly on series 34 so far, Ella recently sparked rumours there could be trouble in paradise for her and Dan when she shared a cryptic quote on social media.
