It's been a turbulent few months for Ferne McCann after the former TOWIE star found herself at the centre of a scandal.

Back in September, an anonymous Instagram account leaked voice notes in which Ferne allegedly bodyshamed her friend and former co-star Sam Faiers. More voice notes came to light a few weeks later, with Ferne accused of criticising Billie Faiers for calling her son Arthur, the name of Ferne's criminal ex-boyfriend.

A third set of voice notes were leaked in November, this time featuring a voice claimed to be Ferne slamming one of the victims of Arthur Collins' acid attack. However, Ferne has always denied that she is behind the voice notes and later released a statement in which she claimed they were "manipulated, edited and taken out of content".

Now, in the wake of the scandal, Ferne has shared a "life changing" experience with her fans on Instagram.
