The winter series of Love Island is not exactly known for being the most watched, however, compared to many other seasons it is one of the most successful in terms of romances, that is.
After all, Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan, who won the show, are now engaged and Will Young and Jessie Wynter defied all the odds to make their relationship work.
Obviously we are talking about the 2023 version and NOT the 2020 series that featured Shaughna 'congrats, hun,' Philipps having her heart broken by Callum Jones and Nas Majeed, who ended up taking part in All Stars 2025.
However, one winter Love Island couple failed to make their romance work in the outside word, despite being declared finalists, and that was Tanya Manhenga and Shaq Muhammad. To say we were gutted was an understatement.
The couple officially called time on their love affair in the summer of 2024 and now, not only has Tanya soft-launched a new fancy man, but she has also aimed fire at her ex for being unfaithful.
Tanya was a guest on the MosesLdn podcast where she spoke openly about the break up and dropped some MAJOR hints Shaq was not innocent.
'So he comes back home the day I think that I graduated,' she explained, 'guys, I took one look at him and I knew something was up. I had a feeling in my stomach.'
Shaq had been on a lads trip to Miami with a few other Islanders including Love Island 2022 finalist, Dami Hope, before Tanya called him out.
'Long story short, everything was on the phone, guys,' she confessed, 'that was that.'
The revelation comes just a few days after Tanya posted a sneaky pic on her Instagram story that featured a hand clutching what we assume is Tanya's leg/booty/bum/upper leg, honestly, it's hard to confirm the body part, but it definitely screamed 'soft launch.'
Obviously, the pic is now gone as it was story from a a few days ago but nothing is REALLY gone when it comes to the internet so be sure to give it a google if you need proof of our claims.
Tanya didn't tag her new bae but with a soft launch like that, we image a hard launch in the form of a grid post is t-minus four or five days away.
