When it comes to Love Island we always hear about the absolute horrors of sharing a villa with up to 18 people.
Claudia Fogarty from the winter 2023 series spoke out about people peeing in the pool and Sanam Harrinanan exposed her fellow Islanders' downright gross toilet habits that made her wanna head home. We're talking about the guys and their (p*ss poor - pun intended) aim.
So, when dumped Islanders open up about slightly more pleasant aspects of the show and the perks of living with a wide range of people, we are all ears.
As guests on this week's episode of Closer Secrets, Love Island 2023 alums Catherine Agbajeand Elom Ahlijah-Wilson chatted about the delicious meals they enjoyed and who was the best chef.
To the shock of absolutely nobody, it isn't Sammy Root and his gloopy spaghetti concoction.
"I would say Lochan [Nowacki]" Elom replied instantly, with Catherine in agreement.
"I would say Lochan," she repeated, "He loves cooking."
"Don't get it twisted, I was cooking as well," Elom added.
"What were you cooking?" Catherine demanded
It's giving married couple and we're here for it.
"I was putting in the work," he insisted, before launching into a story about how it was him who prepared the meal for the double date between himself, Catherine, Lochan and Whitney Adebayo.
The couple also spoke about their favourite meal in the villa with Elom explaining, "It has to be one of our down days."
From what we gather, 'down days,' are when the Islanders get a break from filming and they also get to order a takeaway in.
"Our down days we'd order food, so pizza," Catherine replied, and we could practically hear her stomach rumbling.
"I used to have this amazing pizza with onions, spicy pepperoni, oh, it was beautiful, so Spanish."
