We certainly don’t envy Love Island’s Casa Amor bombshells. It can be hard to come in, turn heads and convince one of the OG Islanders to take you back to the main villa, but it seems like personal trainer and masseuse Elom Ahlijah-Wilson has done just that.
Although we’re yet to see what happens at the always iconic Casa Amor recoupling, we’d put money on Catherine Agbaje leaving Scott van-der-Sluis to be with Elom after she’s spent the past few days getting to know, snogging the face off and licking the abs of the London lad in the second villa.
But it turns out that Elom actually knew a 2023 Islander before he entered the villa, but – unlike Ouzy See’s connection to Ella Thomas – it’s not been spoken about on-screen.
As a personal trainer, Elom regularly posts workout videos on his social media channels and eagle-eyed fans have spotted a comment from one of this year’s Islanders on one of his videos back in May, before any of this year’s contestants had so much as stepped foot on the plane to Mallorca.
So, who was the Islander in the comments section of Elom’s video? None other than OG 2023 contestant André Furtado, who was brutally dumped from the villa last month alongside Charlotte Sumner.
Elom and André shared an exchange in the comments of a TikTok about Elom’s jobs before he started his fitness business, with André writing “coldd!” and Elom responded with heart emojis.
Love Island fans have gone wild after noticing the exchange, including one who commented, “Y’all know each other? Ariana what are u doing hereeee.”
Another replied, “Everybody know each other atp 😳,” with a third even speculated that André could have told Elom to focus on Catherine – who he was previously coupled up with – when he entered Casa.
It’s not quite clear how André and Elom know each other at this moment in time, but trust us when we say we’re doing some digging and we won’t rest until we find out.
