We’re just going to say it: when we think of the best series of in Love Island history, the first one that comes to mind is series five – aka Love Island 2019.

He entered as a bombshell alongside Curtis Pritchard on day one and quickly caught the eye of Lucie Donlan, who was in a couple with Joe Garratt at the time. However, despite a bit of flirting, Tommy and Lucie never coupled up as Molly-Mae Hague entered the villa on day four and, well, the rest is history.
Tommy and Molly coupled up on day five and neither of them had their head turned the whole series (despite Maura Higgins' efforts to win over Tommy). They stayed in a couple all the way to the final, where they finished in second place behind winners Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea.

Tommy popped the question to Molly-Mae in an elaborate proposal just months after Bambi was born, surrounded by rose petals and huge flower bouquets as they were serenaded by singer RuthAnne. Posting a picture immediately after the romantic moment, Tommy wrote, "To my perfect fiancée... forever wouldn’t be long enough to call you mine 🤍♾️.”
