However, the drama didn't end there because only one of the two were to be sent home that night. The Islanders decided to save Michael and send Joanna packing. Michael then memorably chose NOT to leave with Joanna and she called him a "f--king snake". Needless to say, that was the end of their short-lived relationship.

Michael is known for three things: his #dramz with Amber, his steaming hot tattoos and his chiselled bod. So imagine our thirsty souls when we decided to taker a gander at his Instagram and realised he'd morphed from ripped to jacked in the last four and a bit years. We're not even sure the word 'jacked' does this body justice.
In a Instagram Story, Michael shared a sexy gym snap showcasing some serious gains – in that his biceps are now bigger than his head – and apparently, his mission is to keep growing...
He captioned the snap, "Off season... Time to grow, I will hit 100kg lean before I step back on stage. Currently 86.2kg."
We have no idea what that means, but we know what we're seeing in that photo and we know how it's making us feel.
Michael recently shared a collection of progress pictures on his Instagram showcasing both the AVENGER he is today and the leaner lover he once – and all in between – was and we have to say, this is quite a transformation. We also have to say he's a solid 12/10 in every single one of these snaps.
