The TOWIE cast are living the high life as they jet off to Thailand for the new series, but it seems people are a tad confused by the appearance of a certain cast member.
Amber Turner shared a group photo of herself and her Essex pals on their way to Phuket but the picture left some people - including one of her co-star's in a tizz.
Underneath the snap Diags aka James Bennewith commented, “Pete Wicks, I thought he left.”
And Pete Wicks DID leave.
In fact, just last week the TV star took to his Staying Relevant podcast, that he co-hosts alongside former Made in Chelsea star and BFF Sam Thompson, to divulge the deets on his TOWIE exit.
In a scathing speech Pete called TOWIE a "place full of f**king snakes and sh*t storylines", said he didn’t like any of the TOWIE cast (awks yet hilarious), and claimed he would only return to the show for a DEATH. All very dark, all very Pete.
But as the current TOWIE cast bombard us with posts and pics from their Asia adventure, the snap that Amber shared had us questioning everything.
Does Pete have some secret hot twin we weren't aware of?
It was only a fleeting thought as it turns out it wasn’t Pete or an undisclosed hot relative that Diags could see, it was James Lock aka Lockie who is clearly missing his pal so much he has started to turn into him.
From the long hair and hat to the sunglasses and dark attire we can totally see that Lockie is channelling his inner Pete the Pirate and it is actually a total vibe.
Even Francesca Allen from Love Island 2019 jumped into the comments section to joke, “When did @jameslock start morphing into @p_wicks01.“
One fan even went as far as to shade Pete by commenting, "@jameslock_ looks does @p_wicks01 better than Pete himself😂😂."
