We truly have been spoiled in 2023.
We’ve had two seasons of Love Island, although the summer version was way better (soz, winter Islanders).
Then we had two series of TOWIE and a lot went down including Ella Rae Wise becoming pals with everyone and Chloe Brockett getting suspended.
We’ve currently got Strictly and I’m A Celeb on the TV and in a couple of months time we’ll see Miles Nazaire take to Dancing on Ice.
And in an exclusive interview with Closer Online, Miles has revealed the one thing he swears by when he’s ice skating and we have a lot of questions.
When we grabbed Miles on Winter Wonderland’s red carpet and asked if he’d be practicing on Hyde Park’s ice rink, we were surprised at his answer.
“I didn’t bring my boots,” he began.
“I can’t do ice skating without my own boots. I’m that level of a pro now,” he joked
Sorry, what?
Isn’t part of ice-skating having to wear skates one size too big and then putting on thick socks but your feet still end up hurting?
Miles is one step ahead of the game which is a good sign because he’ll be taking to the ice rink alongside his partner Vanessa Bauer in January.
The reality star previously opened up about his ice-skating experience on his Playtime podcast.
“I can ice skate. I can ski so it does help but then it’s the whole aspect of dancing on ice.
“They’re like, ‘You go to the gym, so we’ll get you to do loads of lifts.’ And I’m like ‘Are you crazy? Do you want me to kill someone?’
“I think it’s going to be really fun to learn something new but then also the scary thing is that it’s live TV and I’ve never done that,” he admitted.
At Winter Wonderland, we didn’t ask him about those Vanessa dating rumours because we were more interested in his Christmas plans and whether he’d be spending the festive season with any of his Made in Chelsea pals.
Turns out, plans are in the works. He told us, “I think we [me, Temps and Charlie Radnedge] might do a Friendsmas before we all go and see our families.”
Cute.
And yes, he is talking about Love Island 2022 star Charlie Radnedge who was briefly coupled up with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğu.
After he was dumped from the villa, Charlie managed to bag himself a slot on Made in Chelsea for a few episodes.
And off TV, Miles and Charlie have their Playtime podcast where they’re usually spilling tea on Made in Chelsea or their private lives.
