It’s definitely a great time to be TOWIE star Harry Derbidge. Not only has his cousin Amy Childs just welcomed twins, but he’s got a thriving make-up business and now he’s announced a “big chapter” in his life.
As well as that, it seems Harry’s love life could be on the up amid rumours linking him to his co-star and close pal, Junaid Ahmed.
So just what is this “big chapter” that Harry referred to on social media? Well, it turns out he’s just moved into a new home.
Harry broke the exciting news on Instagram as he told his followers, “I’m so sorry I’ve been so quiet today, but I have a really good reason… I got the keys to my new apartment.”
The video was captioned, “Best day ever 🥳🥳🥳.”
Harry also posted a picture of himself celebrating with a bottle of Prosecco (of course) and wrote, “I did it 🥳🏡 Today I moved into my new apartment… independent, single, no man needed 😜.
“Currently have no furniture till Friday but I’m gonna stay here anyway coz I’m too happy!!!”
He added, “For anyone following me for a while you’ll know how much this means to me #newhome #essex.”
TOWIE stars past and present took to the comments to congratulate Harry, including Gemma Collins who wrote, “Well done Harry ❤️.”
Kelsey Stratford added, “Proud of you Harry ❤️ well done x,” while Chloe Brockett commented, “Well done darling 👏❤️.”
Although Harry told his followers he was single, there’s been plenty of speculation that he might be dating Junaid after they almost kissed while on holiday together in September.
Last month, a source said, “Harry and Junaid got together during filming for the new season of TOWIE and things are going really well. They are really into each other and their friends and family think they make a really cute couple.”
However, it seems Harry has finally put the rumours to bed while declaring his relationship status for the first time.
