There's nothing quite like a post-breakup glow up, just ask recently heartbroken TOWIE star Harry Derbidge.
The OG reality TV star hasn't had the best time recently, what with his fella Joe Blackman calling it a time on their relationship.
As if that wasn't bad enough, it was then revealed that Joe has been getting up close and personal with Harry's former pal Junaid Ahmed, complete with NSFW pics, public appearances, flirty phone calls and LOVE BITES.
The very same Junaid who used to have a little soft spot for Harry and was constantly arguing with Joe. It's all very confusing in the world of TOWIE.
Obviously Harry is heartbroken by the news, but at least he looks good. Every cloud and all that.
Taking to social media, Harry posted a brand new portrait pic of him complete with a golden tan, Y2K sunglasses and blonde locks that would give Ken - and Barbie, come to think of it - a run for their money.
The Essex star added the caption, 'Back in my era 🕺🏼', to his recent post and everyone is loving his new vibe.
Love Island star Samantha Kenny wrote, '❤️❤️❤️' with several fellow TOWIE stars including Courtney Green and Elma Pazar also showing their love for their co-star.
One follower also commented, 'Harry’s glow up since Joe is REAL 😍👏🔥' with another thinking the same as they added, 'Here for it! ❤️👏🔥 GLOWING!'
Harry also posted a quote on his Instagram story that showed just how he is handling the recent split from Joe and the news he is now dating his ex-friend.
The story simply featured the words, 'No revenge, because my life actually got better,' and we can all agree that's major shade aimed at Joe, right?
In the most recent episode of TOWIE, Harry confessed that he believes Junaid's feelings for Joe are genuine - but he isn't convinced that Joe is being honest with his own.
Only time will tell.
