This is Love Island finalist's Ella Thomas' world, we're all just living in it, FYI.
She made that crystal clear from the moment she stepped foot inside the Love Island 2023 villa and we have Ekin-Su levels of respect for her star power (that's a lot, btw – haters be gone).
It's always pretty clear which Islanders are going to enter the villa mere mortals and leave unstoppable icons and Ella gave those vibes in spades this summer.
To the shock of literally nobody, she has gone on to slay the post-villa game, marking all the usuals off her Love Island bingo card: form a power couple, gain hundreds of thousands of followers on socials, launch an edit with PLT. Stamp, stamp, stamp. But what about joining the cast of an equally iconic reality series? That's definitely on the bingo card.
And it seems Ella is considering her options. In a recent chat with Closer, she confirmed that not only was Strictly potentially on the cards, but so was TOWIE – mainly because her bf Tyrique Hyde is friends with half the cast.
It's common knowledge that Tyrique – who lives in Essex – is friends with the likes of the Sims sisters, Roman Hackett and Chloe Brockett (he's also besties with Love Island 2021's Toby Aromolaran for that matter), so surely getting Ella placed in a cosy booth in Brentwood Kitchen in front of TOWIE film crew is pretty doable. And lest we forget that Geordie Shore's Sophie Kasaei has now well and truly jumped ship, so why not just keep the reality telly queens coming?
IN FACT, former TOWIE and current House of Sims star Frankie Sims used to be romantically involved with Ty, until she realised he was (in her words) a player.
"I know Tyrique on a romantic level," Frankie said.
"We were on a romantic level before I knew he was a player and then once I got to know… I blocked him."
Frankie has plenty of pals still in the TOWIE cast, and we can just imagine a showdown happening at e.g. Faces.
When asked whether fans would ever see Ella on the hit ITVBe show, she said, "I mean never say never.
"[Ty's] friends with a couple of people from TOWIE because he lives in Essex. I’ve met a few of his friends when we’ve been out, but we’re not spending loads of time with them."
Ella went on to confirm that she's already met Roman and Chloe B on the Essex social scene – so consider our fingers crossed.
Ella joined the cast of Love Island 2023 as an OG in early June and went on to finish in second place with now boyfriend Tyrique. The couple are still together today and we never EVER want to update this story because they are the definition of influencer couple goals.
