It has been a hot second since Chloe Brockett announced that she was hanging up her high-heeled boots and quitting TOWIE after five years on the reality show.
But that doesn't mean the 23 year old is taking a breather. As well as starring in the new series of Celebrity Ex on the Beach, Chloe tells Closer what she's going to be adding to her CV next. Or, more precisely, how she's giving an old pursuit another go.
Revealing that she is "really excited" for the next chapter, Chloe says, "I'm relaunching a lash business that I already had. [I've] already spoken to department stores that want them, so that’s amazing. I’m just looking to do things that make me happy."
Chloe launched Lash Out By Chloe B in September 2020. The business's Instagram bio reads, "Luxury, Synthetic Lashes designed exclusively by Chloe B", adding that the products are "cruelty-free". The last time new content was shared on the page was in February 2021, but Companies House has her listed as the active director.
During the interview, Chloe also touched on her podcast, On The Record, getting a second series.
Ahead of the first series launching, she previously told Closer, "I can be argumentative, I can be bitchy and I can come across as this person. That is definitely one side of me and I’ve always continued to say I can be that person, but that is what’s shown on a little 40-minute [episode] and I’m so much more than what you see on TV.
"I think that is the common misconception with me, that I’m constantly walking around spouting one-liners and constantly wanting to argue with someone. Doing this podcast will show a very different side to me, interacting in a very different way to what I normally do on TV.
"I think listening to my podcast and seeing that I actually have got some brains will be a bit of a shock to people because, you know, normally I'm screaming at someone outside."
