TOWIE's Amy Childs has been keeping fans up to date with her blossoming baby bump and busy family life, and it’s not long now until her twins arrive. Already a mum to daughter Polly, five, with her ex Bradley Wright, and son Ritchie, four, with former boyfriend, businessman Ritchie, the TOWIE favourite will definitely have her hands full when she and boyfriend Billy Delbosg welcome another daughter and son into the world.

But Amy, 32, tells Closer she’s got it covered – revealing that she’s pulled in an army of support from family and professionals to help her adjust to life as a mum-of-four.

She says, “I’ve got a midwife on board and a sleep expert. I get help with Rich. I’ve got Mum and Dad, and Billy’s mum and sister. With twins I don’t really know what to expect, so I have got a sleep nanny, too – someone to get me into a routine. She’ll stay with me for a couple of nights and will be here for the days and into the evening.

“We’ve got an amazing unit around us – Harry [Derbidge, Amy’s cousin] only lives eight minutes away, and he’s great.”

And it looks like her call out for help may have come just in time as the reality star, who is currently filming for her own show, Amy Childs: The Twin Life, revealed to fans last week that she had been feeling Braxton Hicks contractions– sometimes known as “false labour pains” as the body prepares itself for birth.

She adds, “It’s not going to be all that long now. Everything’s going to change once the twins are here.”

Amy also reveals life has been “non-stop” as she films scenes for both TOWIE and her new show. But while she counts down the final days of her pregnancy, Amy has thankfully enjoyed some down time and date nights with boyfriend Billy, 39, who she began dating in summer 2021 after meeting on a night out.

The couple recently enjoyed a relaxing spa day together and Amy admits, “We definitely needed it! We had a full body massage. I didn’t want to go too far in case anything happened. My hospital bag was in the car, all ready.”

And the couple are set to spend a lot more time together soon after it was revealed that producers have recruited Billy to co-star alongside Amy on the show.

Amy admits she gets FOMO when she’s away from TOWIE and, unlike her former co-stars, including Sam and Billie Faiers, Gemma Collins and Lauren Goodger, she has no plans to leave any time soon.

She says, “TOWIE is a massive part of my life and always will be. I will definitely be coming back and forward on the show. Yes, it will be a bit harder going back on air full-time with the twins. But if I can film, I’ll be there filming.

“I have got a bit of FOMO! I like to know what’s going on, but luckily I see Harry almost every day and he fills me in on anything I may have missed.”

Amy also reveals how her daughter Polly has caught the family’s TV bug, as she calls her a “professional’ in front of the camera.

She jokes, “Polly is like, ‘Are we filming TOWIE or Twin Life today?’ She’s such a professional!”

TOWIE premieres Sunday 26 March at 9pm on ITVBe, catch up on all episodes on ITVX.
