If, like us, the new series of Married At First Sight UK is your favourite thing on TV at the moment, you’ll have seen Marilyse Corrigan’s pretty successful (in the MAFS context) wedding to Franky Spencer.
But this isn’t Marilyse’s first reality TV appearance as in 2013, she featured on an episode of TOWIE defending Mario Falcone after he was accused of cheating on Lucy Mecklenburgh with waitress Amy Broadbent.
In the scene, Marilyse met Lucy for coffee and explained what had happened after seeing the situation unfold whilst she was working in the club.
Defending Mario, Marilyse explained, “Mario was there with his friends, he was sat in the same seat all night, just with a group of lads.
“She was fighting past people to sit next to him. He didn't look too happy about it. He was alone, he kept himself to himself. He wasn't holding any girls’ hands."

TOWIE's Gatsby shares cryptic post in wake of Georgia and Tommy 'fallout'
Speaking of TOWIE, we’ve got some good news for you as the show recently started filming its 29th series and will start airing THIS SUNDAY.
But, the show is likely to look a little different to what we’re used to after bosses decided to axe various cast members including Courtney Green, Chloe Meadows, Harry Derbidge, Ella Wise and Clelia Theodorou.
During an Instagram Q&A with fans last month, Clelia revealed, "I won’t be returning, no.
"I’ll miss everyone on the show and wish the show well with the new format! I’ve made some amazing friends and memories that I’ll cherish forever."
But the axed cast members aren't the only ones leaving as Bobby Norris has revealed he's quit the show to focus on his presenting career.
He wrote on Instagram, "I’m so excited to finally be able tell you guys some news that I’ve been keeping secret... I have made the decision that now feels like the right time for me to take a step back from @towie as a regular cast member to focus on my presenting career.”
He continued, “After 10 years on TOWIE the show and the fans have been such a huge part of my life, but you haven’t seen the last of me and this is the start of an exciting new chapter!!"
