The moment that TOWIE fans have been waiting for is finally around the corner, as the latest series of the ITVBe show hits our screens in just a matter of days.
The likes of Chloe Brockett, James ‘Diags’ Bennewith and Pete Wicks are all back and they’ll be joined by some new faces as former Love Island star Elma Pazar has joined the cast alongside Junaid Ahmed (who you might recognise from Amazon Prime dating show Lovestruck High), Mia Sully of Absolutely Ascot fame and her bestie Hannah Voyan.
Although the newbies have only just joined the show, it seems they’re already in the thick of the drama as Junaid has slammed long-running cast member, and his former pal, Amber Turner.
In a trailer for series 30, Junaid can be heard saying, “Recently she dropped me out and I think it’s fake,” and he revealed that he was referring to none other than Amber when we caught up with the cast ahead of the series premiere.
Chatting exclusively to Closer, Junaid said, “[I was talking about] Amber Turner. The most boring girl I’ve ever met, the fakest girl I’ve ever met and I’m glad I’m not friends with her any more.”
Blimey. Don’t mince your words, Junaid…
He continued, “Prior to TOWIE my friendship group was Amber, Courtney [Green] and Chloe [Meadows] and I’ve obviously joined the show with a new friendship group, which I’m so much more happier with. I left Girlband and started a new group!
“Me and Amber don’t see eye to eye. We were very, very close friends, but once you’ve crossed me and you’ve upset me, you’re never getting back into my life.
“I don’t think she probably wants me back neither, but we’re all good. I can’t stand the sight of her and we carry on!”
