When you're dating a reality icon like TOWIE's Amber Turner, it's only natural that the ins and outs of your own life might disappear into her shadow. No shade (get it?).
As such, as far as we can tell, the gorgeous Dan Edgar lives a fairly simple life – minus the starring with his girlfriend on TOWIE thing. He likes his dog, his boys, the gym, sport, and is slowly ticking things off the mainstream monogamous life list with Amber.
That's certainly not to say they haven't had a few ups and downs in the past, mind, but on the whole, our Dan plods along and looks good doing it.
So imagine our surprise when Dan's socials caught our attention over Amber's this morning; especially considering the pair are busy filming scenes for TOWIE in Thailand right now (and Amber is our on-and-off-screen drama queen).
Shortly after landing in Thailand, the TOWIE hunk shared an incredible (like, 'Hulk' incredible) before and after body transformation shot, showing his progress after 18 weeks with a personal trainer.
He captioned the snap, "18 weeks with @the.dvnci.code 🛠
"Come a long way physically and mentally thank you brother.
"Just the start .
"Story pending ⏳."
It wasn't long before Dan's TOWIE chums (past and present) – including Mario Falcone, Jordan Brook, his gf Amber, and Gatsby – took to the comments of the post to congratulate him on his speedy progress. Gatsby wrote, "Jeeeeezus man looking like he part of the 300 firm."
Dan's trainer shared the same before and after snap of Dan on his grid and wrote, "Dan went from 0 to 100 literally. He shifted his mindset, his vision, his nutrition, and made the committed decision to become discipline and change his life. Dan become a man on his mission and purpose he cleared his mind and went in hard. Looking like a Greek god."
One of the trainer's pals commented on the snaps of Dan, saying, "Don't think anyone can appreciate the time, blood and sweat that goes in to what you are doing."
Maybe not, but we can appreciated the results...
Dan, Amber, and the rest of the TOWIE cast landed in Thailand earlier this week – to film the by now infamous holiday episodes.
