It’s been a long time since we’ve seen her on TOWIE, but Georgia Kousoulou is a bonafide show legend.
Georgia made her TOWIE debut back in 2014 when she was just 22 years old and she was involved in some of the show’s biggest moments, from her relationship with Tommy Mallet to her friendships with Chloe Sims and Lydia Bright.
It’s now been three years since we last saw Georgia on the ITVBe show as she left to focus on family life after getting engaged to Tommy and welcoming their son Brody – and while she doesn’t have plans to return any time soon, it seems she enjoys keeping up with the Essex drama as much as the rest of us.
Chatting exclusively to Closer online at the National TV Awards last week, Georgia told us, ‘I love TOWIE and I’m a massive, massive fan. I still watch it and I’ve got all of the new series on record.’
But sadly, a return isn’t on the cards as she continued, ‘I’m at such a different stage of my life. I’m pregnant, I haven’t got time to talk about gossip and drama, who sleeps with who.
‘I’d be like, “Oh, sleep with whoever you want.” I’ve got babies to worry about.’
As well as watching all of the drama play out on screen, Georgia also gets all the behind-the-scenes goss from the one current cast member she’s still friends with: Saffron Lempriere.
‘On the show, I talk to Saffron still. If I saw Courtney [Green] and Chloe Meadows, all the old girls that I was on there with, [I’d talk to them]. Everyone’s so friendly,’ Georgia said.
‘It’s nice, when I see them, I’m like, “Tell me all the goss” and I love it. We have a little catch-up.’
Georgia is preparing to welcome her second child with Tommy, who she married last December, and she told us that their son Brody can’t wait to become a big brother.
“He keeps saying to me, “When’s she coming, mummy?” and I just keep saying, “Father Christmas is going to bring her,” so he’s like, “Oh, okay then.” But I think I’m going to have to buy him a Spiderman toy next to her, because I think he’ll be upset,’ she laughed.
