He's currently being put through his paces by Jowita Pryzstal on Strictly Come Dancing, but Pete Wicks took a 24-hour hiatus from rehearsals this week to celebrate his best friend Vicky Pattison's nuptials.
After sharing a rather dapper video from Italy, where Vicky and Ercan Ramadan tied the knot, former TOWIE star Pete, 35, later posted a candid snap with the bride herself.
Tagging Vicky's Instagram handle, Pete - who previously revealed to Closer that he had been enlisted as a flower girl at his pal's wedding - wrote, 'Couldn't be more proud of you. For 10 years you have been one of my best friends and biggest supporters. I am so blessed and lucky to call you a friend.
'You are a wonderful person and have always been there for me, my life is better with you in it. This is your day and you deserve it more than anyone. Congratulations'.
Newlywed Vicky replied, 'I have never been more grateful for you... I know how hard you're working with Jowita - can't believe you sacrificed a couple of hours for me sic love you x'.
But the platonic caption still had fans thinking it was Pete who had said 'I do' as one follower wrote, 'DID ANYONE THINK PETE WAS MARRIED FOR A SECOND!?!?' to which another replied, 'OMG yes, panic set in'.
Another fan was clearly torn up about the thought of Pete being off the market, as they wrote, 'I thought he had got married for a minute... my heart was breaking'.
Pete's post comes as he has found himself embroiled in romance rumours with his Strictly pro, Jowita. The pair hit it off from day dot on the BBC show and revealed on Pete and Sam Thompson's Staying Relevant podcast that they both wanted to be partnered up with one another.
Pete said, 'I could not have got a better partner. She's unbelievable. My little pocket rocket. She makes me feel good. And that is really important.'
Fans have been quick to comment on their chemistry, too. Underneath a post that Jowita shared of rehearsal highlights, one Strictly viewer wrote, 'Absolutely love this side you’re bringing out in Pete.'
A second added, 'You two really are the perfect match. Good luck for Saturday.'
