Will there ever be a series of Strictly where there isn't rumours of a romance?

The entertainment show is notorious for the 'Strictly curse', dare we say even more so than the dancing? Countless celebs have started up a romance with their professional partners over the years, sometimes when they're supposed to be in a relationship already. Ahem, Katya Jones and Seann Walsh, ahem.

The latest dancing duo who are rumoured to be all loved-up is TOWIE turned Strictly 2024 star Pete Wicks and his dance partner Jowita Pryzstal.

According to countless reports, Pete and Jowita are enjoying each other's company more than most, with a source telling The Sun, 'Pete has fallen head over heels for Jowita. He thinks she is amazing in every way.'

But wait a sec, we thought Pete was getting it on with LoveIsland legend Maura Higgins? We can't keep up.

Clearly there is a reason that Pete has always been known as a bit of a lothario as every time we turn to social media he is being romantically linked to a DIFFERENT celeb, but how does Maura feel now that Pete is rumoured to be seeing Jowita?

We have a feeling she is doing just fine as the Love Island 2019 icon has only gone and landed herself a role in a movie.

Pete, who?

Maura's film is called The Spin and also features Pussycat Dolls member Kimberly Wyatt and Game of Thrones actor Brenock O'Connor.

Maura has been spending a hell of a late of time Stateside after landing the role of host for Love Island USA: Aftersun and she even dated a Hollywood stunt double.

Maura is said to have been 'a perfect fit for the role', with a source telling The Sun, 'She started work on The Spin over the weekend in Belfast and really impressed the producers.'

Of course we expect no less from the iconic Irish Islander.
