Fans of EastEnders will likely remember actor Matt Lapinskas for his turn as Anthony Moon on the iconic soap between 2011 and 2012. Whilst he was only on the show for a year but he remains a memorable addition to the show. Anthony was the brother of fan favourite Tyler Moon, who was played by Tony Discipline.
You likely have an image of Matt in your head, but trust us when we say he has had a MAJOR GLOW-UP and looks completely different from the Anthony we remember from the square.

What is Matt Lapinskas up to now?
Last year it was confirmed that Matt would be taking on the role of a new villain in Hollyoaks. They were filming scenes in Majorca and Matt announced the news on Instagram.
Matt spoke of the role to The Daily Star Sunday. He said, "I love the scripts. I'm looking forward to getting my teeth into it.
"I'll be causing some trouble - the storyline is very intense."
Matt Lapinskas on Dancing on Ice
In 2013 Matt competed in the eight series of Dancing on Ice. He finished as a runner up alongside his dance partner Brianne Delcourt. The series was ultimately won by Olympic artistic Gymnast Beth Tweddle and her professional dance partner Daniel Whiston. After competing in the show Matt took part in the Dancing on Ice UK tour.
Matt Lapinskas and Shona McGarty
Matt dated his EastEnders co-star Shona McGarty, who plays Whitney Dean, for 18 months in 2013/2014. She pair chose to call it a day after they grew distant while Matt was filming Dancing on Ice in 2014.
There was speculation at the time that Matt had become too close to his dance partner Brianne, although when Shona announced their split on Twitter she made clear this was not the case. Shona wrote, "Thanx 4 support guys! Yes its true Matt and I have split but it has NOTHING 2 do with Brianne. Clear head and new beginnings! Mwah xx."

As far as we know Matt is currently single, although there have been rumours floating around that he is dating Love Island star Amy Day after they were spotted attending the Dirty Dancing opening night gala together in London. However, any relationship between them has yet to be confirmed.
