Former Coronation Streetactor Charlie Condou, who played Marcus Dent on and off between 2007 and 2014, has set tongues a-waggin’ on social media after he hinted at the “nastiest” celeb he’s ever met.

Charlie took to his Twitter to ask fans for "the nicest celeb you’ve met? And who’s the nastiest?"

Kicking things off with his own two pence, he wrote, “Nicest - Viggo Mortensen was the absolute best when I worked with him.

“Nastiest - someone I had to work with closely for a long time.”

Charlie worked alongside Lord of the Rings star Viggo on a 2008 film called Good - but might we assume that the “long time” he’s talking about was the seven years he spent on the soap?

A bigger clue came when fellow Corrie star Vicky Entwistle, who played Janice Battersby until 2011, chimed in on the post, writing “I know! X”

It didn’t take fans long to speculate that the celebrity in question could be Antony Cotton, who still plays Sean Tulley on the soap.

Loads of Charlie’s followers rushed to get involved, with one pointing out, “Tricky ground for celebs isn't it? Meet a total stranger for probably about 10 seconds on average and the have your entire character assessed and then gossiped about on Twitter for years after.”

Another wrote, “The nicest was [Loose Woman] Gloria Hunniford, she was an absolute sweetheart. The nastiest, either Trinny or Susannah (I’m not sure which one she was - and I had zero interest in finding out). She was rude, obnoxious and condescending to my staff.”
