While Zara McDermott has seemingly moved on from Sam Thompson with One Direction star Louis Tomlinson, it appears that Sam has his eye on another Love Islander in the form of Samie Eilishi.
Closer has spotted that former Made In Chelsea star Sam, 32, and Samie, 25, have recently started following each other on Instagram, and he’s liked a post containing a round-up of 17 of the brunette beauty’s selfies.
One shows Samie pouting in a bikini top, while another is a short video of her blowing a kiss to the camera.
Of course, Sam is very much in the Love Island circle, having previously hosted the show’s official podcast, The Morning After, and appears as a regular panellist on its spin-off show, Aftersun, so he will have no doubt crossed paths with Samie in the past.
Much like Sam’s ex Zara, 28, Samie is a product of the ITV2 dating show’s success, finishing as a finalist on the 2023 winter series with Tom Clare.
Samie – who has also dated TOWIE star Harry Lee – had a second attempt at finding love on its second All Stars series earlier this year, however she left the show single.
Meanwhile, Sam is clearly open to finding love again, as it was recently claimed that he had joined celebrity dating app Raya.
It comes after his split from Zara in December, following five years together. Although an official reason for the break-up was never given, it was reported that Zara – who was spotted on a romantic dinner date with singer Louis, 33, last month – ‘didn’t feel like the priority’ in Sam’s life.
