It was the Love Island love story that no one saw coming but, after battling through the trials and tribulations of the All Stars villa, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Curtis Pritchard are still going strong in the outside world after finishing the show in third place.
While they definitely had some serious downs (mainly the whole Danielle Sellers saga), Ekin-Su and Curtis also had plenty of ups and their chemistry is undeniable. In fact, Ekin was practically ready to rip off what little clothing Curtis had on after he got her pulse racing in the heart rate challenge.
The couple finally got the night in the Hideaway they’d been waiting for just before the final but, given how much they’d been dying for a night alone, viewers were a little disappointed when we hardly got to see any of their time in the saucy bedroom.
It turns out we weren’t the only ones disappointed either as the pair have revealed how producers ‘screwed’ them out of their dream night of passion by removing all the lingerie and sex toys out of the Hideaway.
‘We got screwed over here,’ Curtis told us as Ekin admitted she was left ‘fuming’ by the whole thing.
Curtis explained, ‘So, normally, they have lingerie for the ladies.’
‘Oh, they had it when Curtis went with Danielle in there with Elma [Pazar] and Sammy [Root],’ Ekin-Su interjected, ‘but funny enough, when I went in there, absolutely nothing.’
Curtis added, ‘They have whips, handcuffs, feathers, chocolate coated strawberries and stuff.
‘And then when we finally got in together, I went, ‘Here’s the wardrobe with all the stuff in,’ opened it and it was empty.’
Err, Love Island producers, what gives?
Sharing her theory about why everything had been removed, Ekin continued, ‘I think it was on purpose because they knew if there was whips and creams, Ekin would’ve used them all and the show would have got not PG.’
‘They wouldn’t have been able to air any of it,’ Curtis added.
Blimey, maybe it was a good thing there was nothing in there after all.
