Love Island's Alexandra Cane

Former Love Island star Alexandra Cane has been sharing her weight loss journey to followers throughout lockdown; but the 29-year-old’s latest post revealed a downside to her new health kick.

Sharing a short video of her larking about in white bikini while on holiday in Mykonos, Alexandra admitted that her boobs had reduced in size.

Her caption read: “From tiger stripes, to mosquito bites… (not talking about my boobs either RIP)”.

She went on you encourage fans to feel confident in their bodies.

She said: “LEARN TO LOVE THE SKIN YOU’RE IN! at every angle, in every light, in every way possible. Stop comparing yourself to others and start investing that time into working on yourself and becoming the best version of YOU. Others are not above or beneath you.4

“We are all equal. Your biggest competitor is yourself, your ego, your procrastination, your flaws. Dance away those negative thoughts, get those endorphins following and start feeding yourself that love that you deserve. Your beauty within will radiate. Your physical appearance is the least interesting thing about you. I promise”.

Fans were quick to share the love with many leaving compliments under the post. One even called her “an inspiration to all of us women that put our selves down.”

Fellow Love Islander Gabby Allen, has also been sharing her top tips and tricks for weight management on her Instagram account, Shape Up with Gabby Allen. The personal trainer has been posting pictures of healthy meal ideas as well as some of her workout routines.

However, it seems that Gabby has also found that her healthy lifestyle has resulted in a natural boob reduction as she recently hit back at Instagram for taking down a topless image; despite covering her chest with her hands.

After Instagram took down the shot, she said: “Let’s try this again shall we? I have zero boobs. I train and work so hard… I shouldn’t be penalised for showing my physique as a PT.”
