How much do you spend per week?
About £400 for my daughter [Jasmine] and I. That includes essentials, Champagne, and food for when we have people over. It is a lot, but I love good-quality food and entertaining.
Describe your daily diet...
My mum was a really good cook. She taught me how to introduce my Caribbean heritage into my food. For breakfast, I’ll have cereal, toast or a full English. For lunch, if I’m on the go, I’ll have avocado salad, pasta or sushi. For dinner, it’s spicy chicken and cabbage, a good steak with a jacket potato, or roast salmon.
What do you snack on?
I love cheese and biscuits with a drop of port.
Is there anything you refuse to eat?
I’ll always try everything once, but I don’t like Brussels sprouts.
What’s the strangest thing you’ve eaten?
Chicken foot soup. For some, it’s strange, but it’s used regularly in Caribbean cooking.
What would you cook to impress?
I’m very good at a Sunday roast. I cook a chicken, with all the trimmings. I add double cream in my mash, which makes it taste amazing, and top it all off with some spices.
Hangover cure?
I don’t get them often as I know my limits, but water or hair of the dog. When [fellow RHOC star] Tanya Bardsley and I go out, we drink the same, but I’ll be fine the next day and she’ll be hungover! (Tanya has now been alcohol-free for nearly three months)
