She recently shocked fans with a risqué look as she posed in a pair of PVC trousers and called them her “sex pants” for a date night with husband David.
And pals tell Closer that Victoria Beckham’s raunchy new look comes as David prepares to return to America to resume his work with his MLS soccer team, Inter Miami – which he founded and co-owns – prompting the 46 year old to vamp-up her image to ensure she can compete with the younger US WAGs.
A source says, “Inter Miami started playing for the first time this year but, with the pandemic, David couldn’t oversee things – he’s hoping that’ll change in the new year.
“Vic will likely join him on and off, and it means she’ll be mingling with women half her age, given most of the players are in their 20s. She doesn’t want to be seen as mumsy – she’s determined to prove she’s still got it.”
The team’s current top WAG is Argentine supermodel Lara Wechsler, 32, the girlfriend of striker Gonzalo Higuain, while Cristiano Ronaldo has also been tipped to play for the team – which would mean bringing along his model fiancée, Georgina Rodriguez, 26.
It’s not the first time Posh has shown her vampier side. The mum of five – who first caught David’s eye by wearing a PVC catsuit in her 1996 video Say You’ll Be There – has also teased fans with her sensuous new image as she posted pics recently revealing a flash of cleavage while wearing red lipstick. Meanwhile, David expressed his appreciation for her derrière by filming her wiggling her bum in a tight pair of jeans.
The couple have put on a loved-up display in lockdown, even sharing intimate snaps of themselves in bed together. It’s a huge turnaround from just two years ago when they were forced to deny divorce rumours after a series of tense outings, including David refusing to hold her hand at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding in 2018.

I’ve been married to [former footballer] Tom for 11 years and it is easy to become so bogged down with your career and children that you forget why you might have fancied each other in the first place.
But it’s pretty clear to see that David and Victoria have been spicing up their life during lockdown – David has already admitted he first fell in love with Victoria when she wore a tight PVC number, so I love that she appears to have made a nod to their early days when she recently wore those sexy trousers!
I love the picture Victoria has posted and the statement she is making with it – it’s hot, funny and her comment about sex pants is witty. But make no mistake that it’s a secret warning to other WAGs – and wannabe WAGs – that Victoria is still very much relevant, and that her and David are solid. It’s as if she’s warning other women off David. She’s kicking any potential competition into line before she even gets to Miami!
Tom isn’t on David’s level when it comes to fame, but he has played for a lot of premier league clubs and I’ve been pushed aside in nightclubs by other women because they have wanted to get with him.
You can’t help but get a little jealous by all the attention they get. I’ve certainly posted certain pictures on Instagram to mark my territory and say, ‘You might be 20 years younger than me – but I’m better looking!’
There might be a touch of Victoria doing that too, but I don’t think she has any reason to worry about the Miami WAGs – if you’re well-known, you tend to be accepted quickly. I’m quite lucky that, even though it’s such a surreal world and some women can be catty, I was always made to feel welcome because I was known in my own right.

There are rankings with the captain’s wife and the manager’s wife at the top, so with David actually owning the club, Victoria will have no trouble slotting into the role of Queen Bee if she wants to. And because she is so successful and glamorous, the younger and more naive WAGs will probably just want to emulate and befriend her.
Tom has played for several different clubs all across the country so I know it will be important for Victoria and David to stay in regular contact and have a bit of a flirt with each other. FaceTime is great and you can always send sexy pictures, but it’s not just about sex, it’s more about staying connected intimately and reminding the other of that fun side.
But who knows – it might not be Victoria who needs validation. Men do tend to be needier in relationships, so maybe Victoria is also vamping it up with secret sex messages as a way to reassure David that she still lusts after him.
