Phillip Schofield on This Morning

It was 2002, when Phillip began his bright and shiny career at This Morning alongside Fern Britton. He replaced John Leslie on the hit show.

However, it wasn't until six years later, when Holly Willoughby replaced Fern - then the duo Holly and Phil were born, hurrah!

Are Phillip Schofield and Holly Willougby friends?

DUH! Of course they are. In fact, the presenters are known for their close friendship, and often go on holiday together.

They are famous for their constant giggling on the show. However, one time viewers were convinced the pair had an argument after they sensed a 'frosty atmosphere' during one of the shows.

In 2019 there were rumours that Holly and Phil's relationship had become strained but ITV bosses denied the claims.
