Holly Willoughby is a national treasure. We live for her This Morning blunders (remember the time she called Gino DiCampo's pasta dish "like a British carbonara") and, for that matter, all her gorg This Morning outfits.

Seriously, Holly Willoughby does everything right, even when she actually does it wrong and turns up to her post NTA This Morning segment in the previous night's clothes...

Now, as the British gem approaches her 40th birthday, she's let us in on her latest beauty secret and, well, if we look anything like Holly when we hit the big 4-0, we'll be pretty thankful.

Sharing the genius (and eco-friendly) product on her Instagram, the mum of three showed fans how she removes her make-up, and it turns out she uses the Garnier Micellar Reusable Eco Pads.

In the clip, Holly describes them as "little fluffy clouds of yumminess," before promptly applying the Garnier Micellar Cleaning Water to the pads and removing her make-up.

Plus, Holly (woman of the people that she is) even removed her liquid eyeliner with the two products and, no word of a lie, we swear it took her less than ten seconds.

"It just takes off all your make-up," she told fans, "and it's so soft - look, straight off."

Showing the pad with all her make-up on it, she added, "It doesn't drag that sensitive area under your eye at all, and it doesn't sting your eye."

A win 👏win 👏, and you can get both products right now for less than £8 - a win, win...win?

Simple, gentle, effective, and for £2.99, too. What a barg.

Some pampering ideas for lockdown 3.0 from yours truly...

1. Do a hair mask

We may not be able to go to the hairdresser's (cry) but that doesn't mean your locks have to pay the price. Why not try a [deep conditioning mask](https://closeronline.co.uk/beauty/hair/hair-masks-recondition-locks/n-locks/) for a hit of moisture and gloss this weekend. Your newly glowing tresses will thank you for it.

2. Try jade rolling

It may seem like a fad, but jade rolling can help de-puff your under eyes, improve product absorption and even help with acne. Plus, you can get one for less than a tenner.

3. Have a bath

Simple, but effective. Chances are, you simply aren't taking enough you time. And, for that matter, you probably need some screen-free time, too. Run a bath, light a scented candle (lavender is a great relaxant) and just SIT. Enjoy the art of doing nothing, also known as Niksen.
