See, this is why The Real Housewives of Cheshire's Sheena Lynch might be one of our all-time favourite Housewives; since joining the series in 2021, she has played the role of peacemaker amongst the group beautifully. BUT, and it's a big 'but', despite her diplomatic nature, there's a side to Mrs Lynch that is ready to obliterate you if you push the wrong buttons on her.
It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, it makes for game-changing reality telly, and if you're a RHOCheshire fan, you'll know that said buttons were pushed this week at Seema Malhotra's charity event by the equally iconic Nicole Sealey.
What you might not know, however, is that the drama has spilled off-screen on to social media and as Lystra Adams would say, it's SPICY.
If you're a little behind on your Cheshire #dramz – what else are you doing on a Monday night exactly? – here's a quick recap (although we can't guarantee it's exactly what occurred, as we're still wildly confused by the whole incident). Sheena, Nicole and the rest of the RHOCheshire gang (minus Lystra) attended Seema's charity event for the Fighting to be Heard Foundation in this week's episode.
At some point during the evening (and after stressing that she didn't want any drama at such a charity event), Nicole blew up after hearing Sheena bring up Lystra's absence in a separate conversation across the table. For context, Nicole and Lystra are not on speaking terms at the moment – in fact, the last time we saw these gals together, Lystra was physically removing a chair from underneath Nicole at a dinner party.
Things soon escalated leading to to Nicole calling Sheena a "d*ckhead" and storming off. After failing to take things further "outside" (yep, that happened), Sheena wandered off to the ladies loo to remind the other girls that she was from south London. Absolute queen.
If that's all confused you, good. It was confusing. Sheena was clearly baffled at Nicole's reaction and we can only assume Nicole was irritated at Sheena for bringing Lystra's name up at the table because of their current friction.
While Nicole has remained rather silent on social media over the charity bash brawl, Sheena left it a matter of hours to take to social media to spill the full tea on the situation – and as per our character analysis above, she does not hold back.
Although Sheena doesn't name any names in her Instagram story blast, it's pretty clear which of the Housewives she is referring to, considering what we all witnessed on-screen. Sheena posted a picture of herself at Seema's event on her stories and brutally captioned it, "For the record, what was shown on last night's episode was exactly what happened! #falsenarratives = #falsepeople."
Savage.
And if you needed any clarification as to which member of Cheshire's elite Sheena is referring to above, cast your eye over to Lystra's Instagram grid for a hot sec...
Although Lystra was missing in action at the charity event, she did post a new picture of herself on her Instagram grid shortly after the episode dropped, appearing to reference the slinging match in question. She captioned her post, "When I’m not in the room but you still have time to remember me. Awwwwwwww that’s sweet 😘."
Sheena then commented on Lystra's post, writing, "🙌🏾🥂."
And the on-and-off-screen antics have clearly riled up RHOCheshire fans this week – in fact, the comments on the official RHOCheshire Instagram grid are seriously fiery, with all eyes on Nicole and Sheena.
One fan wrote, "How nasty and rude was Nicole to Sheena? That was a completely unprovoked verbal attack."
Meanwhile another fan wrote, "I love Sheena but she knew what she was doing when she said that. Obviously no one else feels like they are the reason Lystra is not there except Nicole. They all know that."
