TOWIE's James Lock has launched his very own gym wear brand, Levo and it already received plenty of support from his fellow castmates. In fact, everyone from James 'Arg' Argent, Elma Pazar and Chloe Brockett turned up to celebrate the intimate launch event in London this week.

The sleek activewear is now available to buy online and currently, stocks just two high-performance sets, but Lockie promises that plenty more is on the way very soon. Watch this space.

For women, you can shop a stylish light blue sports bra and matching cycling shorts and for men, an everyday black gym t-shirt and training shorts.

"Levo is a gym and lifestyle brand that's actually around mental health," Lockie tells Closer Online at the launch.

"Everyone knows me for going to the gym. I've taken the best bits of things I like and got rid of the things I don't like from both men's and women's gym wear and created this brand. Everyone seems to really love it, too and I've had some really great feedback".

Turns out, the name Levo has an inspiring meaning which is core to the brand's ethos.

"Levo means to level up in Latin and everything I'm doing at the minute is about levelling up in life - physically and mentally, as well. A healthy mind makes a healthy body and vice versa. For anyone who wants to get into the gym or even just a sport, I feel like it's the best therapy and medication."

James tells Closer Online how the gym helped him overcome mental health issues of his own and strives to bring the healing powers of fitness to others.

"I've been in the position where with what I do, I'd speak to a psychiatrist or speak to different people, but for me, the best thing for me has always been the gym, it's always helped me through my problems no matter what it is. Even doing 20 minutes of something is better than 20 minutes of nothing."

He continued, "I always thought that people with mental health problems were weak, even though I've had a lot of people around me… my uncle died from mental health, from drugs and other bits and pieces, my dad suffered from bipolar and depression and that."

James even opened up about his own struggles, "Even me, I had a bit of a dip after Covid when I had x amount of money from this, that and the other and then that sort of everything dried up. I thought, 'What the f--k, this could all end tomorrow.

"So I brought myself up, I started going back to the gym, I started levelling up both mentally and physically and worked on myself for a long, long time. That's where the ethos from the brand comes from, mind, body and soul."

Not just another celebrity brand but a force for good. We love to see it.
